What certifications do your pressure vessels and reactors conform to?
All our chemical reactors, pressure vessels, and receiver tanks are engineered and fabricated to strictly comply with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII Division 1) and Indian Standard IS-2825. Welders are qualified under ASME Section IX guidelines.
How is steam economy optimized in your Multi-Effect Evaporators?
By recycling latent thermal energy: vapor generated in one stage (effect) is piped as the heating medium into the subsequent stage operating at a lower boiling pressure. A Triple Effect Evaporator (TEE) plant achieves an economy of ~0.33 to 0.38 kg of steam per kg of water evaporated.
Which material grades do you work with for high-corrosion chemical processes?
Depending on the chemical composition and concentration of chlorides or acids in your effluent, we fabricate equipment in SS316L, SS316, SS304, Hastelloy C276, Titanium, Monel, or Mild Steel vessels with heavy PP/FRP internal chemical lining.
What quality audits are executed in-house prior to dispatch?
Every unit undergoes a standardized inspection matrix: 1.5x design pressure hydrostatic leak testing, non-destructive testing (NDT radiography on critical weld seams), liquid dye-penetrant (DP) inspection on nozzle welds, and pneumatic pressure checks.
