Zero Defect Manufacturing Standards
Detailing our rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), government certifications, and quality control protocols at Por, Vadodara.
Government Registrations & Verifications
Jaltech Process Equipments is registered and verified under national industrial development bodies, ensuring code compliance and business integrity.
ZED Silver Certificate
Certified under the Zero Defect Zero Effect (ZED) scheme, reflecting our manufacturing alignment with global quality and environmental sustainability standards.
MSME Registration
Officially registered as a manufacturing enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
Udyam Registration Certificate
Formally registered under the national Udyam verification portal with complete compliance audits.
TrustSEAL Verified
Assessed and verified manufacturer profile status, confirming company facts, legal partnership registration, and physical office location.
NDT & Testing Protocols
Every piece of process equipment is subjected to a strict inspection matrix before being approved for packaging and shipping.
1.5x Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
All fabricated pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchanger shell/tube sides are subjected to hydro-testing at 1.5 times the designed working pressure to guarantee leak-proof integrity and structural mechanical strength under load.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT Radiography)
Critical butt-welded joints, especially on pressure receiver shells and reactors, undergo weld radiography audits to identify internal gas pockets, slag inclusions, or fusion faults.
Liquid Dye-Penetrant (DP) Seam Audits
Applied on nozzle fillets, flange joints, and limpet coil seam welds. The liquid dye highlights any microscopic surface fissures or pinholes that could cause micro-leaks under vacuum or high-pressure cycles.
Pneumatic & Vacuum Leak Testing
For low-pressure systems or specialized vacuum-rated evaporators, pneumatic air-leak tests and vacuum decay retention audits are performed to ensure zero atmospheric ingress.
Raw Material Traceability (MTC)
We verify Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for all incoming raw metal materials (Stainless Steel SS316L, SS304, Hastelloy, Titanium) to confirm exact chemical composition and corrosion resistance profiles.
Compliance to International Engineering Codes
Precision engineering matching ASME & TEMA guidelines.
Process vessels, columns, and heat exchangers operate under severe temperatures and chemical actions. To guarantee plant safety and equipment durability, we construct our systems in accordance with standard global and national codes:
- ASME Section VIII Div 1: Design, stress calculations, and fabrication procedures for high-pressure receiver vessels and jacketed chemical reactors.
- TEMA Class R, C, & B: Tube sheets, thermal pitch, and baffle designs for water-cooled process condensers and shell & tube heat exchangers.
- IS-2825: Indian standard code compliance for unfired fusion welded pressure vessels.
ASME & TEMA
Welders qualified under ASME Sec IX code guidelines with strict inspection tracing.
